ICE Policies & Business Practices

Our Business

  • Warranties on ICE products are to insure customer satisfaction, and extend for a period of 60 days.  If dissatisfied for any reason we will refund your purchase price, you are responsible for any and all shipping expenses.  (Purchase reciept required)

  • All published  prices are retail

  • Dealer Pricing is available to shops or major wholesalers.

  • We accept: Pay Pal under the account # twistgrips@icemc.com

  • We mo longer accept Money Orders or personal checks.

  • All funds are required to be in US currency.

  • We accept credit cards only through Pay Pal

  • We promise to ship or address your inquiries in an expeditious manner. 

  • E-Mail is the surest and quickest means to communicate with us. (twistgrips@icemc.com)

  • We usually ship USPS.

  • International orders are possible but expect large S&H costs.

    short description. (Credit cards are

    accepted at Pay Pal.)  Include $8.00 for
