ICE Policies and

 Business Practices

Our Business

• Warranties on ICE products are to insure customer satisfaction, and extend for a period of 60 days.  If dissatisfied for any reason we will refund your purchase price, you are responsible for any and all shipping expenses.  (Purchase reciept required)

• All published  prices are retail

• Dealer Pricing is available to shops or major wholesalers.

• We accept: Pay Pal under the account # twistgrips@icemc.com

• We also will accept  Money Orders and personal or company checks (require 10-14 days to clear).

• All funds are required to be in US currency.

• Make checks and Money Orders payable to:                   Island Custom Engineering

• We do not accept credit cards

• Please be patient, I don't make it to the PO Box every day, I promise to ship or address your inquiries in an expeditious manner. 

• E-Mail is the surest and quickest means to communicate with me (twistgrips@icemc.com)

• We usually ship USPS.

• International orders are possible but expect large S&H costs.

  Include your name, shipping address, phone number and E-Mail address, list the ICE PN#, a short description and choice of payment (Pay Pal/Money Order)
