ICE Policies and

 Business Practices

Our Business

• Warranties on ICE products are to insure customer satisfaction, and extend for a period of 60 days.  If dissatisfied for any reason we will refund your purchase price, you are responsible for any and all shipping expenses.  (Purchase reciept required)

• All listed prices are retail

• Dealer Pricing is available to shops or major wholesalers.

• We accept:  Money Orders, COD's, Pay Pal and personal or company checks (checks require 10-14 days to clear).

•  COD $10.50as of 7/1/2006 (This is subject to change at the discretion of UPS, I have no control over their price structure.,)

• All funds are required to be in US currency.

• Make checks and Money Orders payable to:                   Island Custom Engineering

• We do not accept credit cards

• Please be patient, I don't make it to the PO Box every day, I promise to ship or address your inquiries in an expeditious manner.

• We usually ship UPS, small items can go by USPS

• International orders are possible

  E-Mail orders:

  Include your name, shipping address, phone number and E-Mail address, list the ICE PN#, a short description and choice of payment (COD/Pay Pal/Money Order)
