PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (ICE 42682-12J)

Diagnostics performed on the new generation of Harley Davidson motorcycles requires probing sensitive circuitry.  The ICE 12 Jack Break-Out-Box (BOB) allows a non-destructive means of assessing Turn Signal Module (TSM) or Turn Signal Security Module (TSSM) circuit characteristics.  The two permanently attached ICE BOB Cables have the appropriate connectors to attach to 12 Pin motorcycle harness and the TSM or TSSM. The ICE BOB is installed temporary in series with the motorcycles harness and the TSM/TSSM. Attachment of the ICE BOB requires de-matting the motorcycle harness connector from the TSM/TSSM and connecting the ICE BOB in between the two open connectors. Once
installed the required diagnostics can be performed in conjunction with the factory diagnostics manual. All functions of the TSM/TSSM can be monitored at the open Jack in the BOB. The electrical integrity of the motorcycle is maintained while enabling complete diagnostic procedures to be performed. The OEM is not associated with ICE or the ICE BOB however Fit, Form & Function are compatible with OEM recommended test tools.

requires probing sensitive circuitry. The ICE 24 Diagnostic Jack Break-Out-Box (BOB) allows a non-destructive means of assessing Electronic Control Module (ECM) circuit characteristics. The ICE BOB has two independent sets of 12 jacks each connected to a corresponding set of cables with 12 Pin Deutsch style connectors. The BOB gray connectors allow the BOB to be connected in series with the ECM  and wiring harness gray connectors.  The BOB black connectors allow the BOB to be connected in series with the ECM and wiring harness black connectors.  A temporary installation of the BOB maintains the electrical integrity of the motorcycle

The ICE 24 Jack multi-Purpose Diagnostic Break-Out-Box (BOB) provides the same diagnostic capabilities as the 12 Jack BOB with the added ability to monitor additional functions through a redundant set of 12 jacks and cables.  One set (2) BOB Cables can be attached to the TSM/TSSM and the second set of BOB Cables can be attached to other connectors on the motorcycle using
the appropriate adapter cable.  The OEM is not associated with ICE or the ICE BOB however “Fit, Form & Function” are compatible with OEM recommended test tools.
